Stacking Tote

Description

Polypropylene totes that stack when loaded and nest inside each other when empty, moulded with a rim lip that accepts a lid and a label window on the short end. Six to the case. The stack-and-nest geometry is the feature worth paying for: an empty tote that cannot nest consumes exactly as much space going back as it did coming out, which is half the return logistics of a closed loop. Polypropylene rather than the styrene used in retail storage bins, which is why these survive a drop onto concrete in a cold warehouse instead of shattering at the corner. The label window takes a card rather than an adhesive label, so a tote can be reassigned without a scraper and a bottle of solvent. Wash them at up to about two hundred degrees Fahrenheit without distortion. Capacity figures are to the rim, not to the lid line; load above the rim and the stack above it rests on your product rather than on the tote.
