How quickly we reply
We answer email within one business day. If your message is about a delivery that has gone
wrong, say so in the subject line and we will pull it forward.
What to include
For an order question: the order number and the part number. For a return: the order number, the
part number, the quantity and the reason, and we will send a return authorisation number. For a
damaged delivery: photographs of the outer carton, the carrier label and the goods, within five
business days of delivery. For a product question: the application, not just the part number — what
you are trying to do determines the answer more than the item you started from.
