Description

Four rolls of eighteen-inch hand-grade cast film with two moulded handles in the box. For benches wrapping a dozen pallets a day or fewer, where a turntable wrapper cannot be justified but wrists still matter. The handles take the core and let the roll spin freely, which is the difference between walking a pallet and fighting it: without them the operator grips the film itself, the roll stops turning, and the wrap ends up tight in some places and slack in others. Film is 80 gauge, pre-stretched enough that a person of average strength can get consistent tension without leaning back into the load. Wind the bottom three turns onto the pallet itself before climbing, and finish with a band at the top edge rather than tearing off mid-face. The handles are the part that outlasts everything, several cases over, so keep them when the rolls run out and order the film on its own next time.
