Single-Wall Corrugated Carton

Description

A 32 ECT C-flute carton cut from kraft linerboard and shipped flat in bundles of twenty-five. C-flute is the general-purpose profile: about an eighth of an inch thick, enough stacking strength for a palletised load, and enough cushion that a product with a hard edge does not print through the liner. Every box is scored for a standard regular-slotted close, so the flaps meet in the centre and the carton tapes square without a former or a jig. We carry the six sizes that actually move off a shipping bench rather than a catalogue of ninety, because a bench that stocks six sizes packs faster than one choosing between thirty. Sizes are inside dimensions, which is the measurement that matters when you are fitting a product and a layer of void fill. If your load is going into a container, onto a pallet that will be broken and rebuilt, or through more than one freight terminal, step up to the double-wall export carton instead. Anything outside these six is a special order on a four-week lead and a minimum run.
