Description

Two hundred co-extruded mailers across four sizes, two and a half mil, fully opaque, with a permanent self-seal strip and a tear notch at the top. For soft goods, apparel and anything that does not need the rigidity of a box. Co-extruded means two bonded layers rather than one thicker film: the outer layer takes print and abrasion, the inner layer carries the puncture resistance, and the pair together resist tearing from a nick far better than a single film of the same thickness. Opacity matters more than most buyers expect, because a mailer that silhouettes its contents under a warehouse light invites handling it should not attract. The assortment exists so a new bench can find its own size mix over a few hundred shipments before committing to a case of one size. Once you know your mix, order the individual sizes by the case; the assortment is a starting point, not a standing order.
